UK Adventure: Day 6 Lake District

After spending the morning wandering around Liverpool, it was time to hit the road. Our next stop was Hadrian's Wall, 197 miles away. To get there, we had to drive through the Lake District; a mountainous region in North West England, it is a popular vacation destination, made famous by its lakes, forests and mountains.
I kind of reminded me of cottage country and home.

The Stone circle, is a monument of standing stones arranged in a circle. Monuments such as this, have been constructed around the world for various reasons for thousands of years, one of the more famous being Stonehenge.
This stone circle was in the Lake District.

Chasing sheep.
