Racing News: Trouble for Tracy?

Dec. 10th, 2007 - Last night on Speed News on Speed TV Robin Miller announced that Paul Tracy, although he does have a 4 years left on a 5 year deal, may in fact not be back with Forsythe unless he re-negotiates his contract. Tracy expects Forsythe to honor the deal and says he will be back but I am sure Forsythe's lawyers could find a way out if need be.
Perhaps the most interesting news though was the hush-hush test at Homestead that saw 2 Andretti-Green IRL cars lapping the road course at the same time as Oriol Servia in a Champ Car. Although Servia was supposedly 3 seconds quicker the story here is that the two series were "competing" together for the 1st time. Could there finally be light at the end of the unification tunnel? For more read Robin's full column on SpeedTV.com.
How very interesting! Thanks for that tip John.
