Euro Trip: Day 1 and 2: Hiabach and Straubing, Germany

My wife and I just returned from a 13 day, 5289 km, 6 country and 2 state European tour, which all started in Frankfurt, Germany where we rented a car and headed to Hiabach, Germany where my brother and his family live, a distance of 379 kms. Thankfully we were in Germany and there are no speed limits along certain parts the highway. Apparently we made it there in record time.
We spent the next day exploring Hiabach. This is the view from my brothers balcony.
On a hill behind their house are the ruins of an old viking castle which dates back to about 700 A.D. We had to go and check it out for ourselves.and then went into the near by city of Straubing where my brother works.
