Look Out!

A Toronto Police dog services cruiser rushing to the scene of a shooting was involved in a spectacular crash at an east end intersection.
The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of Victoria Park Ave. and Curlew Dr. in the Lawrence Ave. E. area.
A female police sergeant was headed north with two police dogs in the SUV when they were sideswiped by a silver Land Rover.
The force of the crash spun the cruiser around and propelled it onto a beige van, coming to rest with the two rear wheels on the roof of the mangled van.
The officer was unharmed but the two dogs were trapped inside the vehicle for a short time before fire fighters were able to free them. Neither was seriously injured in the accident.
There is no word yet on any charges.
