Cottage Life

It didn't look like it was going to happen, but we managed to make it up to the cottage for the last weekend of summer. Unfortunately, I think we may of been too late. It was cold and dreary for the most part, but we made the best of it. We went to town, played games, watched movies, ate junk food and to our amazement, the sun finally came out for a little bit on our last full day there.
Here for your enjoyment, scenes from the cottage...
Enjoying the boat ride over to the island.
Arriving at the cottage.
Getting ready for the gun show.
Dinner on fire.
Posing dogs.
Swimming dogs.
Hobbes, who will be 14 yrs old in October, still likes to think he is two at the cottage, shows Calvin the proper way to fetch a stick.
Shaking dogs.
You looking at me, punk?
Surfer gurl and her dog.
Surfer gurl.
And down goes surfer gurl.
Enjoying the warmth of the cottage.
Sun set.
