Leash Free Returns!

Finally the city does something right. After years of being allowed to let your dogs run leash free south of the storm fence in the winter months, last year this practice was banned. After much debate over the summer months, last years decision was reversed, and its back to leash free south of the storm fence from Nov. 1st to Mar. 31st.
